Reflective Solo-Auditing: A Retrospective Framework for Ethical Game Production
Version 1.2 · Zenodo Preprint

Reflective Solo-Auditing (RSA) is a practice-based methodological framework that examines ethical accountability through structured retrospective analysis of completed game production.

The framework organizes inquiry around three phases: Collection, Interpretation, and Synthesis, evaluated across four dimensions: Intention, Constraint, Impact, and Reflection.

The research is grounded in a retrospective case study of Falcon Federation Pod and examines how ethical understanding emerges through decisions, constraints, production infrastructures, and reflective inquiry.

The manuscript has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics (JLAE), published by North American Business Press.
